Join our welcoming and energising 60-minute mat-based Pilates classes, where variety, fun, and functional movement come together. Set in both bright, spacious community halls across the local area and two beautiful bespoke studios, these sessions offer a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Each class is thoughtfully planned to help you build strength, mobility, and body awareness, with a fresh mix every week. We often use small equipment like Pilates balls, resistance bands, magic circles, and foam rollers to keep things interesting and target your muscles in new ways.
As a hands-on instructor, I offer individual support and clear guidance, making sure everyone – whether beginner or experienced – gets the most from their practice. Expect encouragement, a bit of laughter, and that satisfying feeling of moving with more ease and confidence.
